I founded KIN Learning Ecosystem with one mission: to bring federal-grade training excellence to organizations that need it most—without the bureaucracy that usually comes with it.
Professional Background:
For over 10 years, I’ve worked deep inside federal education systems, where failure isn’t an option and compliance is
mandatory. I’ve:
- Directed development of 13 distributed learning courses at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCOE),
influencing over 7,000 students. - Served as Principal Instructional Systems Specialist for the Army’s Learning Technology Division, leading creation of
mission-critical training programs. - Provided educational services to active-duty military personnel as Education Services Specialist with the U.S. Air
Force. - Trained as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia, teaching 500+ students and building sustainable educational
infrastructure in underserved communities.
Throughout this journey, I’ve learned that great training isn’t about checking compliance boxes—it’s about creating
learning experiences that genuinely change behavior and drive results.
